- 200 g butter biscuits
- 70 g melted butter
- 100 g hazelnut nougat cream
- 100 g chocolate candies (18 pieces)
- 100 g white chocolate coating
- 200 g mascarpone
- 100 g cream cheese
- 250 g quark
- 85 g sugar
- 150 g dark chocolate coating
- 30 g coconut oil
- 16 pieces chocolate candies
Instructions
- Put the butter biscuits in a freezer bag and grind them into small crumbs using a rolling pin. Mix the melted butter and hazelnut nougat cream into the biscuit crumbs. Set a baking frame (30 x 20 cm) on a baking tray, pour in the biscuit mixture, and press down firmly.
- Roughly chop the chocolate bonbons and set aside. Finely chop the white chocolate coating and melt it over a water bath. In a bowl, stir together the mascarpone, cream cheese, quark, and sugar until smooth. Mix in the melted white chocolate, then add the chopped chocolate bonbons and spread the cream over the biscuit base. Cover with cling film and chill for 4 hours.
- Finely chop the dark chocolate coating and melt it over a water bath. Stir in the coconut oil until melted. Spread the icing on the chocolate bonbon layer and top with roughly chopped chocolate bonbons. Let it set briefly, cut into approximately 30 squares, and serve chilled.
Notes
For best results, serve chilled and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Customize the flavor by using different chocolate bonbons or adding nuts/dried fruits.
