A delightful and easy layered dessert combining creamy cheesecake with sweet-tart cherries, perfect for parties or family treats.

- 6 pieces graham crackers
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup organic sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
- Canned cherries with stems (for garnish)
- 24 parfait cups
- Pastry bag (for piping)
Instructions
- Crush the graham crackers in a food processor until they become fine crumbs. Set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together on high speed until creamy and smooth. Add the heavy cream and beat until thickened.
- Add 2 tablespoons of crushed graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of each parfait cup, then pipe in the cheesecake filling, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Spoon cherry pie filling on top and garnish with a canned cherry with a stem.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
For easier piping, use a pastry bag. Consider adding whipped cream or chocolate shavings for extra flavor.
