No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Parfaits

Description

A delightful and easy layered dessert combining creamy cheesecake with sweet-tart cherries, perfect for parties or family treats.


Ingredients

  • 6 pieces graham crackers
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup organic sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
  • Canned cherries with stems (for garnish)
  • 24 parfait cups
  • Pastry bag (for piping)

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers in a food processor until they become fine crumbs. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together on high speed until creamy and smooth. Add the heavy cream and beat until thickened.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of crushed graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of each parfait cup, then pipe in the cheesecake filling, filling them about 3/4 full.
  4. Spoon cherry pie filling on top and garnish with a canned cherry with a stem.
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

For easier piping, use a pastry bag. Consider adding whipped cream or chocolate shavings for extra flavor.
