Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until evenly mixed. Place 2-3 tablespoons into the bottom of each glass, pressing down lightly to form a crust.
- Beat heavy whipping cream on high until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream until combined.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into cups. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
- Garnish with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or additional graham cracker crumbs before serving.
Notes
