Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy cheesecake and sweet-tart blueberries, perfect for warm days or quick treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Mix
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 store-bought or homemade Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing graham crackers and mixing them with melted butter and a little sugar. Press into a springform pan and set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  4. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and a splash of water. Cook until the blueberries break down into a sauce. Cool slightly, then swirl over the cheesecake.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  6. Remove from pan, garnish with fresh blueberries if desired, slice, and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Cover with plastic wrap to keep fresh.
