A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy mousse, fresh bananas, and a buttery crust, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 box (14 oz) Nilla Wafers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon gelatin
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, divided
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 6 ounces white chocolate, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup dulce de leche
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon instant banana pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- Dulce de leche (for garnish)
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan. Crush the Nilla Wafers and mix with the melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and refrigerate.
- In a small bowl, bloom the gelatin in water. Melt the white chocolate and dissolve the bloomed gelatin into it. Whip 1 cup heavy cream to soft peaks and fold it into a mixture of cream cheese, melted chocolate, and dulce de leche. Spread this mousse over the crust and layer sliced bananas on top.
- In another bowl, whip 1 1/4 cups heavy cream to soft peaks. Mix in the instant banana pudding and spread this on top of the banana layer.
- Refrigerate the cake for 3-4 hours to set.
- Whip 1 1/2 cups heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the cake and garnish with crushed Nilla Wafers and a drizzle of dulce de leche. Chill again if needed.
Notes
For a different flavor, substitute other types of pudding mix or try different fruits between layers.
