Description

A classic comfort food recipe that’s easy to make and loved by everyone, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of pasta (any type you prefer)
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar works great)
  • 2 cups of diced vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, or broccoli)
  • 1 cup of cooked protein (chicken, beef, or beans)
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced vegetables, cooked protein, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This dish is flexible; swap the pasta for quinoa or rice, and use seasonal vegetables for the best flavor.
