  • 2 cups cold coffee
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup refined sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cold water with the gelatin and let it sit for about 5 minutes to hydrate.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the cold coffee, water, sugar, and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the hydrated gelatin mixture until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups and refrigerate until set, about 4-6 hours.
  5. Once set, serve chilled and enjoy your coffee gelatin!

Notes
