Ingredients

- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, and salt until well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until browned and tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, honey, lemon juice, and a bit of water to achieve your desired consistency.
- Drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over the roasted cauliflower and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
Notes
Cut cauliflower into even-sized florets for even cooking. Adjust spices to taste, and consider adding a pinch of cayenne for heat.
