Description

A delicious homemade ice cream combining smooth vanilla, rich hot fudge, and crunchy peanut butter cups, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter sauce (optional)
  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until dissolved. Cover and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes.
  2. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions for 20-25 minutes until soft-serve consistency.
  3. Transfer to a large bowl, fold in chopped peanut butter cups, and drizzle with hot fudge and peanut butter sauce, swirling for effect.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 240 minutes, or until firm.
  5. Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!

Notes

For best texture, ensure ingredients are cold. Adjust hot fudge or peanut butter sauce to taste. If no ice cream maker, stir mixture in shallow dish every 30 minutes until firm.
