Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (for fudge swirl)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (about 20-25 minutes).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter until smooth and glossy. Let it cool slightly before using.
- Once the ice cream is done churning, transfer it to a freezer-safe container. Fold in the chopped peanut butter cups and drizzle the fudge swirl over the top. Use a knife or spoon to swirl it in—don’t overmix!
- Cover the container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for the best consistency. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
