A delicious combination of vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, peanut butter, and mini peanut butter cups, perfect for summer indulgence.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1/2 cup peanut butter sauce (optional)
- 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate for 120 minutes.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (20-25 minutes).
- Transfer churned ice cream into a mixing bowl, fold in chopped peanut butter cups, and swirl in hot fudge and peanut butter sauce.
- Freeze in an airtight container for at least 240 minutes.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
Notes
For a creamier texture, churn the mixture longer. This ice cream can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the freezer.
