Description

A delicious combination of vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, peanut butter, and mini peanut butter cups, perfect for summer indulgence.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter sauce (optional)
  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate for 120 minutes.
  2. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (20-25 minutes).
  3. Transfer churned ice cream into a mixing bowl, fold in chopped peanut butter cups, and swirl in hot fudge and peanut butter sauce.
  4. Freeze in an airtight container for at least 240 minutes.
  5. Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, churn the mixture longer. This ice cream can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the freezer.
