Ingredients

- 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (240ml) whole milk
- 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup (120ml) hot fudge sauce
- 1/2 cup (120ml) peanut butter sauce (optional)
- 1 cup (175g) mini peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar dissolves completely. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions for 20-25 minutes until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the churned ice cream into a large bowl. Gently fold in the chopped peanut butter cups. Drizzle hot fudge and peanut butter sauce over the ice cream and swirl to create a marbled effect.
- Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
