Description

A delightful homemade ice cream combining chocolate, peanut butter, and creamy vanilla for the perfect summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (240ml) whole milk
  • 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) hot fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) peanut butter sauce (optional)
  • 1 cup (175g) mini peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar dissolves completely. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions for 20-25 minutes until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  3. Transfer the churned ice cream into a large bowl. Gently fold in the chopped peanut butter cups. Drizzle hot fudge and peanut butter sauce over the ice cream and swirl to create a marbled effect.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  5. Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!

Notes
