A delicious and easy-to-make Moist Vanilla Cake, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 oz milk
  • 3 oz canola oil
  • 6 oz milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 13 oz cake flour
  • 13 oz granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your cake pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 4 oz of milk and 3 oz of canola oil.
  3. Add 6 oz of milk, 3 large eggs, and 1 Tbsp of vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, sift together 13 oz of cake flour and 13 oz of granulated sugar.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth and no lumps remain.
  6. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Frost with your favorite buttercream once completely cool.

Notes

For added flavor, incorporate lemon zest or chocolate chips into the batter.
