Ingredients

- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup Nutella
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix together Nutella, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not over-mix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
Notes
Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar, a scoop of ice cream, fresh berries, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
