M&M’s Ferrero Oreo Roll Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup Nutella or chocolate spread
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1/4 cup M&M’s (or more for extra crunch)
  • 4 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, crushed
  • Extra M&M’s for decoration
  • Crushed Oreos for decoration
  • Ferrero Rocher chocolates, halved (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the oil, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly. Place a clean kitchen towel on a flat surface and dust it with powdered sugar. Carefully turn the cake onto the towel and peel off the parchment paper. Roll the cake up in the towel (starting from one short side) and let it cool completely.
  7. For the filling, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the Nutella and crushed Oreos.
  8. Unroll the cooled cake, spread the Nutella cream mixture evenly over the surface, and sprinkle with crushed M&M’s and Ferrero Rocher bits.
  9. Carefully roll the cake back up, ensuring the filling remains intact.
  10. Decorate the top with extra M&M’s, crushed Oreos, and Ferrero Rocher halves if desired.
  11. Refrigerate the roll cake for 1 hour to set before slicing and serving.
