A fun and delicious dessert that combines rich chocolate, creamy Nutella, crunchy Oreos, and colorful M&M’s.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup Nutella or chocolate spread
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup crushed Oreos
- 1/4 cup M&M’s (or more for extra crunch)
- 4 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, crushed
- Extra M&M’s for decoration
- Crushed Oreos for decoration
- Ferrero Rocher chocolates, halved (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the oil, milk, and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Place a clean kitchen towel on a flat surface and dust it with powdered sugar.
- Carefully turn the cake onto the towel and peel off the parchment paper.
- Roll the cake up in the towel from one short side and let it cool completely.
- For the filling, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the Nutella and crushed Oreos gently.
- Unroll the cooled cake, spread the Nutella cream mixture evenly, then sprinkle with crushed M&M’s and Ferrero Rocher bits.
- Carefully roll the cake back up, keeping the filling inside.
- Decorate the top with extra M&M’s, crushed Oreos, and Ferrero Rocher halves if you like.
- Refrigerate the roll cake for 1 hour to set before slicing and serving.
Notes
Make sure to chill the cake after decorating for better shape retention. Customize filling with other candies if desired.
