- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- Chili flakes (to taste)
- Herbs (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix the miso paste and soy sauce until well combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them in the miso-garlic glaze until fully coated.
- Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chili flakes and herbs before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Cut the cauliflower into even florets to ensure they cook evenly. Adjust the chili flakes to your spice preference.
