- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until fully combined.
- Press the mixture into the base of a pie dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and mint extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the set crust.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the vegetable oil.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the cheesecake and swirl it using a toothpick or knife to create a marbled effect.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours, or overnight for best results.
