Mini Reese’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Trifles

Description

Delightful no-bake trifles combining creamy cheesecake with crunchy Reese’s, layered beautifully in individual cups.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 12 oz bag of mini Reese’s, chopped
  • Chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and milk, and mix until well incorporated. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Spoon or pipe an even layer of peanut butter cheesecake into the bottom of each serving cup.
  4. Top the cheesecake layer with 3-4 chopped mini Reese’s and drizzle chocolate sauce over them.
  5. Add a layer of chocolate whipped cream on top of the chocolate sauce.
  6. Repeat the process with another layer of peanut butter cheesecake, chopped Reese’s, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
  7. Top the trifles with a swirl of whipped cream and garnish with half of a mini Reese’s.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a different flavor, try using crushed Oreos instead of mini Reese’s. You can also switch the peanut butter cheesecake for a chocolate cheesecake layer.
