Delightful mini tartlets combining the rich taste of chocolate with creamy layers of tiramisu, perfect for sharing or a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups (160 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (30 g) cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/3 cup (40 g) powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1–2 tbsp cold water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
- Add the cold cubed butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in the egg yolk and enough cold water to form a dough.
- Press the dough into mini tartlet pans.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until set. Allow to cool before filling.
Notes
Serve chilled or at room temperature. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or cocoa powder.
