Description

Delightful mini tartlets combining the rich taste of chocolate with creamy layers of tiramisu, perfect for sharing or a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups (160 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/3 cup (40 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 12 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
  3. Add the cold cubed butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in the egg yolk and enough cold water to form a dough.
  5. Press the dough into mini tartlet pans.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set. Allow to cool before filling.

Notes

Serve chilled or at room temperature. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or cocoa powder.
