- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for whipped cream)
- 2 tablespoons Oreo cookie crumbs (for garnish)
- 24 mini Oreo cookies (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Oreo Cookie Crust: In a mixing bowl, stir together the Oreo cookie crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted salted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into mini cheesecake pans.
- Make the Oreo Cheesecake Filling: Cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the heavy cream and whip until thick and fluffy. Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies.
- Fill the Cheesecake Pans: Pipe the cheesecake mixture onto the crusts, filling slightly above the top. Chill for 12 hours or overnight, then remove from the pan.
- Prepare the Chocolate Ganache: Combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until melted and smooth.
- Make the Whipped Cream: Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until medium-stiff peaks form. Fill a piping bag with the whipped cream.
- Assemble the Cheesecakes: Pipe ganache on top of each cheesecake, followed by a swirl of whipped cream. Top each with additional crumbs and a mini Oreo.
