Ingredients
- Oreo Cookies: 150g
- Dairy-Free Butter/Margarine: 50g
- Dairy-Free Whipping Cream: 260g
- Dairy-Free Cream Cheese: 160g
- Oreo Cookies: 8 (plus an additional 20g of cream and 4 Oreo cookies for decoration)
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Melt the dairy-free butter/margarine in a saucepan. Blend the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix them with the melted butter. Press the mixture into a cookie cup tin and freeze.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: Combine the dairy-free whipping cream and cream cheese in a bowl. Whip until thick, then fold in 8 crushed Oreo cookies. Pipe the filling into each cookie cup and freeze for 4 hours.
- Decorate: Whip additional dairy-free cream and pipe it onto each cheesecake. Garnish with half an Oreo and crumbled cookies.
- Serve Chilled: Once decorated, serve the cheesecakes chilled for the best flavor and texture!
Notes
Make sure to use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother filling. You can use any dairy-free cream that you prefer for a rich taste.
