- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk (or as needed for consistency)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, desiccated coconut, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the softened butter to the dry ingredients and mix until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a tablespoon of milk. Mix everything together until a soft dough forms. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
- Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them gently.
- Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
