Description

A delightful combination of classic Hummus and Baba Ghanoush that’s perfect for sharing and bursting with flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Eggplant
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. For Hummus: In a food processor, blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, and salt until smooth. If desired, add water to achieve the desired consistency. Serve chilled.
  2. For Baba Ghanoush: Roast the eggplant until soft, then scoop out the flesh and combine it with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve with a sprinkle of paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.

Notes

Serve with pita bread, fresh vegetables, or crackers. Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
