A delightful combination of classic Hummus and Baba Ghanoush that’s perfect for sharing and bursting with flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 can Chickpeas
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Eggplant
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- For Hummus: In a food processor, blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, and salt until smooth. If desired, add water to achieve the desired consistency. Serve chilled.
- For Baba Ghanoush: Roast the eggplant until soft, then scoop out the flesh and combine it with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve with a sprinkle of paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.
Notes
Serve with pita bread, fresh vegetables, or crackers. Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
