- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh lime juice for serving
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Rub the steak with olive oil, salt, and chili flakes.
- Place the steak on the grill and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
- Serve hot with a squeeze of fresh lime juice and garnish with chopped cilantro.
