Description

A delicious beef burger topped with melted cheddar cheese and accompanied by colorful and nutritious roasted veggies.


Ingredients

  • 1 seasoned beef burger patty
  • 2 slices colby-jack cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup baby carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup baby potatoes, quartered
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef patty in a skillet or grill until browned and juicy. Top with cheese slices while hot to melt.
  2. Toss quartered baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast at 425°F for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Slice carrots and toss with oil, salt, and pepper. Roast until tender.
  4. Roast or sauté broccoli florets with olive oil and garlic until bright green.
  5. Assemble the cheesy burger patty with all the roasted veggie sides.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate your burger patty before cooking. Feel free to change the vegetables based on what’s available.
