Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine grated zucchinis, minced garlic, crumbled feta (if using), and breadcrumbs.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully integrated.
- Form small bites or patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated zucchini for better texture. You can use different herbs or omit feta for a vegan version.
