Ingredients

- 250g short pasta (fusilli, penne, or farfalle)
- 1 can tuna in olive oil or water, drained and flaked
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tuna, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
- Toss well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Optionally, drizzle with olive oil or lemon juice before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Best enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.
