Description

A light and refreshing dish that combines pasta with tuna, fresh vegetables, and Mediterranean flavors.


Ingredients

  • 250g short pasta (fusilli, penne, or farfalle)
  • 1 can tuna in olive oil or water, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tuna, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
  3. Toss well to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Optionally, drizzle with olive oil or lemon juice before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Best enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.
