Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb (225g) sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb (225g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz noodles (e.g., linguine or spaghetti)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes, then remove from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside with the steak.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet and sauté until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet and add the cooked noodles. Drizzle with lemon juice, add feta cheese, and toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For best results, serve warm and sprinkle some extra feta cheese on top. This dish pairs well with a simple green salad or a side of crusty bread.
