- 6 large flour or corn tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper until combined.
- Place the tortillas on a baking sheet.
- Brush each tortilla lightly with olive oil.
- Spread the spinach and cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
Best served warm. Pair with dips like tzatziki or hummus. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
