Description

A delicious and easy snack that combines the rich flavors of feta cheese and fresh spinach with crunchy tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 6 large flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper until combined.
  3. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush each tortilla lightly with olive oil.
  5. Spread the spinach and cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, cut into wedges, and serve warm.

Notes

Best served warm. Pair with dips like tzatziki or hummus. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
