- 2–3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 2 packets (0.87 oz each) dry chicken gravy mix
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and dry chicken gravy mix with some water (follow package directions).
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir to combine with the gravy.
Notes
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes; add steamed vegetables or salad for a complete meal. For extra flavor, consider seasoning the chicken and using cornstarch for a thicker gravy.
