Ingredients

- 200g pasta
- 250g shrimp, peeled
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup black olives
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the pan. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Toss in the cherry tomatoes and black olives. Stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Garnish with fresh herbs for added flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
