- 1 large sourdough or rustic bread loaf (top cut off, hollowed out)
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and smoked paprika, cooking until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
- Hollow out the bread loaf and fill it with the shrimp mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the bread is toasted.
- Serve warm as a dip.
Notes
Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor. You can add cheese on top before baking for extra flavor.
