Ingredients

- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 cup peas and/or corn (frozen)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground lamb over medium heat until browned.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Stir in the chopped carrots, peas, and corn, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer the meat filling to a baking dish.
- Prepare a mashed potato topping and spread it over the meat mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme for added flavor. You can substitute lamb with ground beef or turkey.
