Ingredients

  • 2 lb salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, oregano, parsley, and red chili flakes.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the salmon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve hot with a side of vegetables or a salad.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the spice mixture for an hour before baking.
