Ingredients

- 3 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated carrot (optional)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour or oat flour
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated onion, minced garlic, and grated carrot.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the chickpea flour or oat flour until well combined.
- Add the egg mixture to the cabbage mixture and stir until fully combined.
- If using, fold in crumbled feta cheese.
- Form the mixture into burger patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite sauce or toppings.
Notes
Squeeze out excess moisture from cabbage to prevent sogginess. You can use chickpea flour for a gluten-free option.
