Delicious pockets filled with fresh mushrooms, onions, and spinach, perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 15 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt together.
- Add olive oil to the flour mixture and mix until it looks crumbly.
- Gradually pour in the ice water until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into rounds.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onions until translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Stir in chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture on half of each dough round, fold the dough over, and press to seal.
- Bake the grallets in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Best served warm with a dipping sauce. You can experiment with different vegetables and herbs for variety.
