- 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Grill or cook the chicken in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and the juices run clear.
- Serve the chicken topped with avocado slices and garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
