Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gently lift the lobster meat from the shells and brush it with the lemon garlic mixture.
  4. Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, for about 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  5. Baste with additional lemon garlic mixture while grilling.
  6. Remove from the grill, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
