Ingredients

- 4 lobster tails (about 5–6 oz each), thawed if frozen
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Gently lift the lobster meat from the shells and brush it with the lemon garlic mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, for about 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Baste with additional lemon garlic mixture while grilling.
- Remove from the grill, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcook the lobster; it should be opaque and firm but not rubbery. Experiment with herbs like thyme or basil for varied flavor.
