Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch (if using) until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken bites to the skillet and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken in the skillet and stir to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, use cornstarch when coating the chicken. Adjust the sweetness of the sauce with honey as desired.
