Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, mozzarella cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer the diced zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes.
- Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the vegetables, spreading it evenly.
