Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Baby potatoes
  • Asparagus

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, and smoked paprika.
  3. Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets.
  4. Place the baby potatoes and asparagus on the grill along with the salmon.
  5. Grill the salmon for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  6. Grill the baby potatoes and asparagus until tender.
  7. Serve the grilled salmon with baby potatoes and asparagus.
