- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Baby potatoes
- Asparagus
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, and smoked paprika.
- Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets.
- Place the baby potatoes and asparagus on the grill along with the salmon.
- Grill the salmon for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Grill the baby potatoes and asparagus until tender.
- Serve the grilled salmon with baby potatoes and asparagus.
Notes
Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for added flavor.
