Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, coat chicken breasts with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- In another bowl, toss broccoli florets with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Prepare the creamy garlic sauce by mixing garlic, yogurt or mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Slice the grilled chicken and place it in a bowl with broccoli, drizzling the creamy garlic sauce on top.
Notes
Serve warm; you can add cooked quinoa or brown rice for extra heartiness.
