- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Pita bread or wraps
- Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion for topping
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with this mixture.
- Grill or cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
- Warm the pita bread or wraps.
- Assemble the wraps by adding sliced chicken, tzatziki sauce, and your choice of toppings.
- Roll the wraps tightly and serve.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight. You can use pre-cut or frozen vegetables if fresh ones aren’t available.
