Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast (boneless, skinless), cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pita bread or rice for serving
- Tzatziki sauce for topping
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers and grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Serve the grilled chicken over pita bread or rice, topped with tzatziki sauce and your choice of optional toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes before using them to prevent burning on the grill.
