Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup marinated olives
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)
  • 2 pita breads, warmed and cut into wedges
  • Fresh herbs (oregano, thyme, or mint), for garnish
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Arrange the feta cubes on a large board.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil over the feta, then sprinkle with dried oregano and chili flakes, if using.
  3. Place olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and roasted red peppers around the feta.
  4. Add the mixed nuts and warm pita wedges to the board.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
