Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the potatoes and mix in minced garlic, feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the potato pops until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs before serving.

Notes
