- 2 flatbreads or naan
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced (cremini or button)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing)
- Burrata cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (like basil or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the flatbreads or naan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown and tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the sautéed mushrooms evenly over the flatbreads.
- Tear the burrata cheese and place it on top of the mushrooms.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes until crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add minced garlic when sautéing the mushrooms. You can substitute burrata with mozzarella if needed.
