Instructions
- In a pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, cook rice in vegetable broth or water according to package instructions.
- Once rice is cooked, stir in fresh herbs.
- Serve the creamy garlic butter shrimp over the herb rice.
Notes
