Ingredients

- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Potatoes (for roasting)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt the butter in a pan. Add the smashed garlic and paprika, cooking until fragrant.
- Place the salmon fillet in the pan to coat it with the garlic butter. Season with salt and pepper.
- On a baking sheet, place diced potatoes, carrots, and broccoli. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Roast the vegetables for about 20-25 minutes or until tender.
- Bake the salmon in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve the salmon with the roasted vegetables and enjoy!
